Olá!
Discord is opening its first engineering hub in Europe, in Lisbon, Portugal! Building in Lisbon lets us reach a deep, specialized talent market in Europe, at a moment when our growth demands exactly that kind of speed and scale. As a member of our founding team, you’ll shape the work that keeps Discord reliable for millions of people around the world, speeds up how our engineers build, and protects our platform at scale.
Our new Office
Our new office is still under construction, but we have a vision. The things that make Discord Discord (e.g. our Seven Principles of Working at Discord) stay constant wherever we are. We want the office to be unmistakably Discord while feeling distinctly Lisbon. On top of that, Lisbon gets to build its own local culture, one that reflects the people and the place. There's so much to be excited about, and this is just the start!
Don’t just imagine the future of gaming — build it with us.
Check out our open roles below and be part of the founding team that shapes the Lisbon office and the future of Discord, the platform millions of people already love.
